It was certainly our intent that the result be immediately printable,
and we say so for COMM_GET_NAME (p158 of MPI The Complete Reference
(Vol 2)) :-

"The above definition means that it is safe simply to print the result
of MPI_COMM_GET_NAME, as it is always a valid string".

I certainly believe that the same should be true of
GET_PROCESSOR_NAME.

So no '\0'.
