Hello Official Ultimate Club Members,

That's right, I just got the news that we are an official Argonne club.
What does this mean to all of you?

It means we have some money to spend (on ultimate-related stuff, of
course)!!

The way this works, is that we go out and spend some money, getting
receipts for everything we buy. We'll get reimbursed for everything we
spend up to $3 per person on the roster. Out of this $3 per person, we
put in $1 per person. The catch to all this is that if we disband for
whatever reason, any property purchased with these funds (I assume this
excludes things we give out as prizes, gifts, and things that have been
consumed) will become Argonne property.

We need suggestions for what to buy. I was thinking we could use a few
discs, they're about $10/piece. I'll order ten of them, because it's
cheaper in bulk, and if we don't want to spend all the club funds on the
discs, then individuals can buy them.

We should also go through some formalities like electing officers. The
By-Laws say that we'll have a President, V.P., Treasurer, and Secretary.
The Treasurer and Secretary can be the same person.

Next time we're together, hopefully Monday, we can talk about these
things.
