Re: move maint to bin/maint




  Nice that Daniel Quinlan gets to tell everyone in the world where to put their
files! After all he must be qualified, he did graduate from high school.

Anyways: bin/maint would not be "installed" into a "standard" location so I don't think
this is relevent.
