[AG-TECH] Power outage at Argonne

Power maintenance at Argonne has brought down the following Access Grid 
servers:

jabber.mcs.anl.gov     The Jabber server
vv3.mcs.anl.gov         The Access Grid venue server
milton.mcs.anl.gov     The bridge machine

They'll be brought back up ASAP in the morning.  In the future, they'll 
be powered up by our systems staff at the end of maintenance outages, to 
avoid work-week downtime.
