[AG-TECH] h264 on MacOS X problems

hi,

i'm having problems decoding the H264 streams under AG 3.1 on MacOS X.
these streams are being sent from a windows box to the ANL Lobby. on the
mac they are being received but are scrambled (see attachment).

can anyone verify that they are being received ok on either windows or mac AG nodes?

also, the 261 stream i'm sending doesn't show up on the h264 thumbnail windows,
either on the windows or mac node, while 261 streams from other folks do show up.
Odd?
