Monika,

If it's every 3 minutes or so, you are experiencing a router pruning
issue. This usually occurs when your outgoing traffic takes a different
path than the incoming traffic. The routers don't see any
acknowledgement on the primary path so it prunes the route. Three
minutes later it gets reestablished. We found this here in Utah. Our
outgoing traffic used I2 and the incoming traffic came through NLR. We
had to block the traffic on NLR to fix this. You'll need to get your
network staff involved.

We have been having a multicast "cycling on and off" issue since
January.
I wonder whether anyone has experienced or is experiencing a similar
issue.
