It’s working for me this morning.... Both via my Louisiana venue server, one in N.O. And Argonne... say from 9am through just past noon CST.

We've had rather intermittent connectivity to the ANL venue server text chat since the first of the month.

Is anyone else still experiencing problems?  I most recently had issues connecting here between 10am EST and noon on November 5th.

Has anyone posted a schedule for these outages?  What may be causing the problem?

Hello Lassi,

 

I am experiencing the same problem.  Both windows and linux nodes (3.1 beta 1&2) that have reconnected to the venue server since yesterday are not able to view or send text.

 

The error I receive is "You have to be connected to a venue to send a text message."  This happens in the Argonne lobby and the Rochester Institute of Technology venues.
