[AG-TECH] ag 3.1.0b2 for WinXP wdmscan.exe problem

hi again,

with the winnov quattro, c:\program files\agtk-3\bin\wdmscan.exe fails and
generates an error.  if i replace it with the bugzilla version, everything
works fine.
