[AG-TECH] 4 port capture solutions?

What exactly are my options for 4 (or more) ports of full frame rate 
capture on 1 card with linux support?  I can't seem to find any which 
support svideo inputs... not that it's completely necessary, but I have 
the cables run already.

Has anyone tried the Sabrent SC-PVS4?  I am curious as to what chipset 
it has.
