No need to apologize - we are offering the bridge to everyone after all ;-)

Just wanted to make sure people were aware that sometimes networking isn't free and to be aware of
what was up.  Feel free to use the bridge in the future; however if we consistently get high usage
from non-research / commodity Internet networks, we may be required to block some service.
