I've just spoken with the hotel and was assured that there are still rooms
available for our event.  The number of rooms was limited and could
run short, so I recommend that you contact the hotel soon if you are
hoping to stay there at the reduced rate.  Be sure to mention that you
are with the 'Access Grid Retreat' when booking.
