wsdl2py.py comes from the ZSI package, which is one of the prerequisites listed at:
http://www-new.mcs.anl.gov/fl/research/accessgrid/software/cvs.html

The AccessGrid/interfaces directory & contents are generated at package build time and are not part of the code in cvs. You can use tools/GenerateInterfaces.py to generate them yourself from within your downloaded cvs code.
