[AG-TECH] Using the new RAT v4 in AG3

Has any one tried to replace the existing RAT with the new version
i.e.
Can the new RAT simply be placed in the C:\Documents and
Settings\Mike\Application Data\AccessGrid3\local_services\AudioService
directory and then used by AG 3.
I've just tried and I get the following error

RAT v4.3.00 Usage
Invalid address: -S

when I enter a venue.
