Unfortunately AGCentral is constantly going down.  Hence, we are
currently working on getting accessgrid.org improved so that we can move
the data across.  For now, I have restarted AGCentral for you.

Let me know if there are anymore problems.

It looks as though the AGCentral server has died I just tried to  
connect but the connection is refused.
