[AG-TECH] NCSA AG VenueServer upgrade

We have upgraded the NCSA AG VenuesServer.  You will find the AG2 venues 
available at the same address:
http://venues.ncsa.uiuc.edu:9000/Venues/default

And you will also find AG3 venues mirroring the AG2 venues at:
http://venues.ncsa.uiuc.edu:8000/Venues/default

AGSchedule has been configured to provide direct links to all NCSA 
venues.  If you have trouble with these links, please vote for bug #1505:
http://bugzilla.mcs.anl.gov/accessgrid/show_bug.cgi?id=1505

As noted by the developers at Argonne National Lab, there are 
incompatibilities with some functions between AG2 and AG3.  The AG3 
venues should be considered 'Friendly User'.  Once we have determined 
the system is stable, we will announce the AG3 venues as a production 
service.  Please feel free to try out the AG3 venues and let us know if 
you see any problems.
