[AG-TECH] AGtk 3 beta1: venue server troubleshooting under Windows XP

Hello all,
I'm trying to configure venueserver
and client on a WinXP machine in order to have a look to the new release
of AGtk (for future migration of our current server/clients). I installed
all the packages indicated on the download link but I'm not able to connect
my client to the local venueserver: the server rejects the connection with
the following message:

I tried to modify the default venue
settings/permissions, but I wasn't able to connect to the venueserver via
the VenueManagementTool: it simply tells me that it cannot connect to the
venueserver located at https://localhost:8000/VenueServer (the address
is correct and if I try to reference the venueserver with its IP or its
full network name the VenueManagementTools hangs).
Any suggestion?
