[AG-TECH] AGVCR Encryption support

	Hi,

	To let you all know, AGVCR (the AccessGrid recording/playback tool) now 
supports encryption for all modes (recording, playback and editing). I 
thought I'd let you all know since I have had people mention to me that 
they have wanted to be able to record secure venues.

	There's even documentation on how to use it too. :)
