[AG-TECH] 2.4 Update for Windows and Mac

Updated packages of the 2.4 release of the Access Grid Toolkit are now 
available from the release page:

  http://www.mcs.anl.gov/fl/research/accessgrid/software/releases/2.4

These packages include fixes for problems that were reported against the 
original packages, namely:

Mac OSX
- Fix inability to enter passphrase when creating proxy or retrieving proxy 
from MyProxy server
- Work around crash in passphrase dialog (wxPython 2.6 only)

Windows
- Patch to support for Winnov Videum cards
    - Properly map devices to devicenames
    - Set video stream size
