Hi Paul and John,I have a feeling the Quicktime update broke some things. It's a majorrelease (7.0) that might have broke compatibility in places. I just triedrecompiling the media tools, and they are both giving errors at themoment. We'll take a look at it -- others should also feel free to lookinto it if they'd like.I wouldn't expect Tiger to work with the AG media tools yet either. I'veheard of other software not working with tiger, so I would guess somesoftware needs updating. Of course Donald's e-mail reporting vic workingwith tiger throws me for a loop :).EricOn Tue, 10 May 2005, John I Quebedeaux Jr wrote:Hi Paul,With Tiger 10.4 I also get a hard freeze when starting up thetoolkit. I haven't had time to try to figure out what/why/when/whereit is though.Interesting through that with 10.3.9 and 10.4 we get freezes. I don'teven get to the rat though. When I say freeze... i mean freeze. Lockup hard. I have to hold downthe power key to reset the machine. Someone else in my dept. reportsthe same thing.-JQ--John I.
