RE: [AG-TECH] certificate import error

Hi,

The next thing to try then is to uninstall the AGTk completely including deleting files in your home directory.  Before doing this, please remember to export your certificate or keep a copy somewhere safe, otherwise you will have to request a new one.

If you are using windows, these files are in

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\AccessGrid

On linux, I think they are in

/<your home directory>/.AccessGrid/

Delete or rename this directory and then reinstall the toolkit.  This should install the certificates, or you can try to import them again.

Hi,

Looks like you are missing the AGDev root certificate.  I have attached this to this e-mail (two files, save both to disk somewhere).  You can import this into the "Trusted CA Certificates" tab of the certificate manager.

Hi all

Please help me. I'm unable to import certificate file.

Please mail back immediately the solution to the problem.

I'm getting the error message:
----------------------------------------------------------------

Cannot Verify the certificate path for
/O=Access Grid/OU=agdev-ca-mcs.anl.gov/OU=cse.iitd.ernet.in/CN=rajpal gusain
This certificate may not be usable until the
appropriate CA certificates are imported. At the least ,
the certificate for this CA must be imported:
/O=Access Grid/OU=agdev-ca.mcs.anl.gov/CN=Acces Grid Developers CA
It might be found in a file 45cc9e80.0
