We've had trouble with ppts created on Macs. It seems there's a problem opening files on windows if a template was applied on the Mac side. In some cases, pics would not show up because they are compressed in a format unavailable to the Windows side. The solution was to redo the slides on the Windows side. I know, I know...

I can open a shared presentation, the control window pops up along with powerpoint app, it downloads the ppt file but then I get a popup window that it couldn't load the presentation. I found a similar report on the ag-tech mailing list last November but there were no replies. I included the shared presentation log message below. This problem look familar to anyone?
