Hi Karthik,

   I have installed AG2.3 in Fedora core 2 and have Ensoniq 1370 sound
card. i have OSS drivers for the card. the rat does not recognize the
sound card. it says no audio device found. is it the problem with the
drivers of the card? what should i do to make the rat recognize the card.

Does the 'system-config-soundcard' command detect the soundcard and playback the test audio file? You might also want to test if 'gnome-volume-control' is able to detect the soundcard.
