SDPLIB 1.0, a collection of semidefinite programming test
problems.

SDPLIB is a collection of semidefinite programming test problems. The
current version 1.0 of the library contains a total of 82 problems.
These problems come from a variety of applications, including controll
systems engineering, truss topology design, graph partitioning, and
relaxations of quadratic assignment problems. The problems are stored
in the SDPA sparse format.
