In the event the Transitional Venues Server (TVS) appears to be experiencing problems (either not permitting new connections via the Venue Client or causing the Venue Client to disconnect) the following steps may be taken to verify and resolve a possible TVS problem:

Please do not send email about the TVS being down to the ag-tech mailing list, since it can go unnoticed for too long. That list is very large and messages are known to have take hours (if not days) to get throught.

Once you have confirmed that there appears to be a problem with the TVS use the following contact information:


Credits/History: The creation of this page was inspired by a fairly early morning (EST) attempt to use the TVS which appeared to not be properly functioning. After resolving the issue, a brief conversation with Ivan Judson lead to a discussion over the best ways to communicate TVS issues and thus this page was made.
